Monks walking along the U Bein Bridge, Amarapura, Burma

I'm thinking about the anti-government demonstrations in Burma. It almost seems unthinkable that 100,000 people were protesting in the streets from Shewadagon pagoda, in the same city where everyone looks carefully both ways (to see if there are any spies nearby) before saying anything about "The Lady" or the government.

I hope they prevail.
